Member Headshot Day
This is a monthly (or quarterly) on-site pop-up where I bring my “Not-So-Corporate” headshot experience to your co-working space. Members book short time slots, get a modern, approachable headshot, and leave feeling confident - without the awkward, stiff corporate vibe.
This is ideal for:
Co-working spaces and communities that want a high-value member perk
Spaces with founders, consultants, creatives, recruiters, therapists/coaches, and tech professionals
Teams or leadership groups who want consistent, real-human headshots (not AI)
Location is on-site at your co-working space (SF / East Bay / Marin; other Bay Area locations by request)

Turnkey promotion support (copy + images you can post)
A smooth, low-lift event run by an experienced pro (I’ve photographed teams for Google, Adobe, Stripe, Cloudflare, Yelp)
Optional content for your marketing (with attendee permission): a few behind-the-scenes photos and/or a small set of “community headshots” you can share
Optional (if you want it):
Private booking link branded for your community
Waitlist so you can gauge demand and pick the right cadence

I handle the full experience end-to-end:
On-site pop-up setup (portable studio-style lighting/background as needed)
Fast, friendly direction that’s especially supportive for camera-shy and neurodiverse folks
A consistent look across members (great for LinkedIn, websites, speaker bios)
Professional delivery workflow (online gallery + selection + retouching)
Member deliverables (standard):
A short, guided photo session
5 lightly retouched final images included
Option to purchase additional finals and upgrades
